Abstract
At present the teaching work has a very important social commitment within society, because what educators must assume a continuous training that allows them to improve their profession and indeed that all students develop their skills and competencies, both physical and cognitive. This research is carried out in response to the problem of lack of teacher training, which is derived in the low academic performance of the students. Therefore, a plan to strengthen teaching work is proposed, which includes three phases: the diagnosis that allows us to characterize the group investigated in the cognitive and social. The next phase of design and implementation of an improvement plan based on training activities on personalized and motivational teaching, with all teachers of the upper level of the Basic General Education of the "Herlinda Toral”. And finally the third phase of the plan which is the evaluation where it is observed if the proposed objectives are evaluated.
