Abstract
The research work reviews the problem detected in "Benigno Jara" School of Basic Education on pedagogical practices for attention to diversity in the multigrade classroom. The objective was aimed at proposing a guide of activities based on multilevel teaching for the attention to the diversity of second and third year students in the subject of Language and Literature. The methodology used was the case study, from the Interpretive Paradigm with a qualitative approach. The data collection allowed us to know the individual characteristics of students and the work of the teacher in the classroom in terms of attention to diversity. An activity guide is proposed that contributes to attention to diversity in multigrade classrooms and guides the teacher in the actions to be developed during the teaching-learning process at this educational level.
