Abstract
The numbers by nature are an important part for the human being, for this reason the inspiration to deal specifically with the conceptualization and representation of the Fractional numbers with manipulative material to undertake the new challenge as meaningful learning should be. In the elementary stage it is interesting to focus on these issues in order to leave behind traditionalism and actively work in the use and manipulation of the material of their environment, knowing that everything is learned by doing and then converting their knowledge into their intellectual strength. In order to awaken interest in researchers, I leave this work as a sample to develop a positive attitude regarding the importance of fractional numbers for the integral development of our students who love mathematics.
