Abstract
Language has been the most used means by which human beings manage to communicate, express their ideas, desires and thoughts, for this reason the present project entitled as stimulation of oral language through didactic activities to encourage the development of communication skills, is a research aimed at the improvement of both communicative and language skills, composed of several sections that include observation, diagnosis, planning, and application of activities for the development of oral language and finally achieve an evaluation of the achievements. For this reason, it is intended to address different issues, such as the development of language and its main difficulties in children, importance of communication and teaching activities such as stories, facial exercises and play as a means to help meet the objective to stimulate oral language through didactic activities to encourage the development of communication skills in children of 4 years of the Center for Initial Education "Ciudad de Cuenca". More than that, it is proposed to work under a qualitative methodology that allows a change to be made from a previous study (diagnosis) and an evaluation of activities, through a numerical scale, where it was possible to show that the children reached the expected levels in the field of expression and communication of the language, thus concluding that the activities designed didactics do help to stimulate oral language in children by improving their development or in communicative ability. Finally, a didactic guide has been delivered to the professional tutor, in order to define the importance that the stimulation of language and communication in early childhood should have in order to achieve full development.
