Abstract
Children's autonomy is the set of abilities that allow them to develop independently in everyday life. The objective of this curricular integration work is to propose a system of gamified activities for the development of autonomy in children in sub-level II of the "Maria Montessori" Early Education Center. It is based on the contributions of Falk, Comellas and the Education Curriculum for the approach to autonomy and on Zambrano-Cuadros and Mercillo-García to explore the characteristics of gamification. Methodologically, it responds to a socio-critical paradigm, with a qualitative approach, case study method, techniques and instruments were used such as: semi-structured interview, participant observation, field diaries, observation guide and guide of questions applied to the teacher and infants. The results obtained are that the children present needs in aspects related to independence in the execution of daily actions and self-care. Therefore, a system of gamified activities called "Peques Exploradores" was proposed, consisting of 10 gamified activities, and its design was evaluated by means of a pilot test. This process showed that the activities are coherent for the age of the children and in relation to time and resources it is feasible.
