Abstract

In the following work on Democracy and the construction of a plurinational State, some methods and strategies have been used to reach significant knowledge with the students of the second year of baccalaureate using what are the technological instruments that are currently very useful in the daily living and in education, it is important to plan the activities to be carried out in the presentation of each didactic unit of the subject to be dealt with in the school period, the teaching work is arduous and is every day, so it is necessary to plan the strategies, techniques and methods that allow an optimal teaching-learning process by allowing students to analyze, synthesize, conceptualize and formulate critical judgments where they demonstrate the point of view of the students.
