The subject of this article is adult education, andragogy, at the Professionalization Program of the Universidad Casa Grande, which originated due to Ecuador’s legal requirement of having a university degree to exercise careers related to Communication, and Journalism. This program was later extended to Administration, Education, and Human Resources. The general objective of the study was to explore user’s satisfaction of this educational service; on the other hand, the specific one was to analyze user’s perception on this educational service, from the firsts cohorts of the careers mention above, to the ones that graduated on 2020. The methodology is a quantitative approach, and the technique is a survey, through the questionnaire tool. The main results have been satisfaction with the UCG constructivist model, and with its differentiator: case practicums and simulations, and pedagogical activities-games.
