Abstract
The Advice from its functions and competencies, is of vital importance in the educational context, for the strategies and orientations that help the director in a timely manner in institutional management, for the professional improvement of teachers that helps improve Educational Standards. In this sense, the present investigation was developed in the Bilingual Intercultural Educational Center "Arturo Quesada Mendieta" of the Education District 01D05 of Nabón-Oña, it had as objective to develop a Proposal for the Advice to the Director in the Construction of the Teacher Strengthening Plan in Active Methodologies, as a product of the investigation and analysis of the Audit Report carried out by the team of auditors of Zone 6, as part of the Undersecretary of Support and Follow-up of the Ministry of Education with code 01B00046_NW_ARG, where the need to develop the Plan is evident. of Teacher Strengthening, to generate spaces for permanent professional training, which originates from the accompaniment of educational work in the classroom, which promotes good pedagogical practices, the application of active strategies, and the identification of the educational needs of the institution. In this sense, the present project is developed based on the functions of the Educational Advisor, the fundamental axis of this postgraduate specialization, and the curricular levels of the State, which seek to strengthen institutional management through advice and assistance to the manager. The methodology used in the present work was based on the qualitative approach, which allows knowing the criteria, social representations and teaching experiences, for which diagnostic techniques and instruments were applied such as evaluations, inquiries, meetings and bibliographic documentary review, which were giving support to the research proposal and showed the way to the proposal of accompaniment in the construction of the Teaching Strengthening Plan in Active Methodologies, to guide and provide professional support in an effective, efficient and effective way to the institutional manager, so that it is applied in the real context of the campus and thus contribute to optimizing education. The results obtained from the participation of the educational actors allowed to corroborate the importance of the Advisory in improving the education of the campus. The leadership exercised by the educational leader is accurate and dynamic, which translates into productive teamwork with the entire educational institution. The Strengthening Plan was validated, adjusting to the requirements that the institution needs and to its own reality, seeking an improvement in accordance with the institutional academy management. It is concluded that active methodologies are an indispensable support for educational innovation, allowing active and reflective students to be reached in the construction of learning. In this context, it is recommended as a way to achieve goals and achieve academic excellence in the medium term, which can ultimately lead to the success of the institution.
