Abstract
The present investigation took Yoga as the main reference as the main strategy to reinforce the Area of Corporal Expression and motor skills in children of Initial Education. The same, had as its main purpose to provide children with spaces of trust and security to be able to express emotions autonomously and spontaneously, to achieve this, a didactic guide was implemented with activities and Yoga exercises to work and contribute to the emotional development of the children. kids. All this arose through observation in the diagnostic phase, where it was shown that the infants reinforced the emotional part through dynamic, motivating and innovative activities, since many could not express what they felt correctly. All this due to the time they had virtual classes where it is complex to develop the emotional part of each one. To support the project, theoretical references related to emotional development and its importance at an early age were taken into account, Goleman (2013) and Vygotsky (1978) were the main authors. We also worked with the Initial Education Curriculum (2014) with the skills of the Body Expression Area and motor skills, in the same way the importance of knowing activities and strategies that allow children to develop and express their emotions at this stage was described. This research was developed under the socio-critical paradigm, with the applied-type research-action methodology and with a qualitative approach. For this, in the diagnostic phase, a categorization chart on emotional development was elaborated, in which the techniques that would be used for the collection of information were destined, they were the participant observation and the interview with its instruments such as the newspaper. field, checklist and observation and guide questions. For this, we worked with the elaboration of the analysis of all the information collected throughout the internship process, where the importance of implementing activities or strategies that allow children to develop their emotions freely, so that they can interact and feel safe in this crucial stage of their lives, from this, we proceeded to design and implement the didactic guide "Super Yoga" so that the teaching community is motivated and sees how necessary Yoga exercises are for children. Finally, it was possible to show how this guide was very supportive for the CEI "ABC" teacher of sublevel 2, parallel "B" who always showed an attitude of interest towards what was implemented.
