Abstract
The objective of this degree work is to develop a guide to recreational activities that contribute to the teaching-learning process in the thematic block: Anatomy and Physiology of living beings in Biology through the implementation of a guide to recreational activities for students of 3rd parallel BGU C of the Unidad Educativa Manuel J. Calle. In the problem it is evident that students have difficulties to understand and understand various topics related to the subject, added to this the lack of interest and motivation during classes. The research corresponds to the quasi-experimental type, which works with a control and experimental group, with a qualitative and quantitative approach, with a population of 120 third-year BGU students and a sample of 80 students, of which 40 were taken as a group control group and 40 as experimental group. For data collection, participatory observation methods were used through instruments such as field diaries, surveys, interviews, pre-test and post-test, which contributed to the diagnosis and evaluation of the problem found. Within the results of evidence, the need to use recreational activities that contribute to the teaching-learning process of the aforementioned thematic block. The playful activity was developed through several phases: design of the playful activities guide, the second corresponds to their planning, followed by implementation and finally, there is the evaluation of the guide with a comparative analysis of the methods, technique and instruments used in the project. Accordingly, it was concluded that the recreational activities guide represents a support and reinforcement resource in the teaching-learning process of the students, contributing to the acquisition of knowledge based on the topics seen within the thematic block of study.
