Abstract
This project is about the use of teaching strategies to reduce disruptive behavior in first “A” children since, during school activities, it will be observed that children have behavioral problems, manifesting themselves in various ways such as: shouting in class. , attacking their colleagues, making unnecessary noises, not completing tasks, getting up without asking permission, among others. For this reason, the objective was to contribute to the reduction of disruptive behavior in first grade “A” children of the “Manuel J. Calle” Educational Unit, through a guide to teaching strategies. Furthermore, the methodology used consists of the interpretive paradigm, with a qualitative approach using participant observation and interview techniques. The research design corresponds to the case study, and the type of research is field. As a result, it was found that children lack rules of coexistence, which generates inappropriate actions inside and outside the classroom. In this sense, the support of the teacher, representatives and the family is essential. It was concluded that it is vitally important to develop a guide with teaching strategies that contribute to reducing disruptive behavior in the teaching-learning process.
