Abstract
The present titling work corresponds to a case study that was derived from the pre-professional practices carried out in the Special Educational Unit "Manuela Espejo" in the City of Azogues. Its purpose is to contribute to the strengthening of the teaching-learning process in the autonomous development of a student with ASD. The investigation carried out a study of the main theoretical supports related to autonomy skills, a characterization of the case was carried out, which allowed designing a system of activities based on the Teach method appropriate to the requirements and needs that the student maintains. The activities and didactic resources create better contexts for learning, in addition to favoring autonomous development in the categories of hygiene, food and school activities from a group attention, which should contribute to the improvement of the contents during the educational process of the degree. school. The applied research methodology was based on a qualitative approach, in which an analysis of documents, participant observation, interview was used, which through techniques and instruments made it possible to obtain information about the main difficulties and authentic potentialities in the process under study. . The activity system proposal was designed according to the results obtained, the teacher who accompanied the study in said institution considered it feasible and relevant.
