Abstract
This research aims to determine the coherence between the Annual Curriculum Planning and the Planning for Learning Experience of the 3 to 4-year-old group of the School of Basic Education "San Francisco de Peleusí de Azogues", through a documentary analysis, to subsequently provide a proposal that contributes to institutional pedagogical performance. The research is of a qualitative type, whose main method is participatory action research, through which it was possible to investigate and participate in the internal dynamics of the classroom and the educational process of level; the techniques used during the study were participant observation and documentary analysis. The research was conducted in two periods, for nine weeks each, at the end of the 2018-2019 school year and at the beginning of 2019-2020, with the initial group of 3 to 4 years. The diagnosis showed that there is no agreement between the Annual Curriculum Planning (PCA) and the Learning Experience Planning (PEA), in terms of curricular content and activities, affecting the group's learning; That is why a teacher training plan for the Initial level of the School of Basic Education "San Francisco de Peleusí de Azogues" is proposed.
