Abstract
This work focuses on the systematization of good pedagogical practices in the area of Chemistry with an inclusive and intercultural approach from the didactic point of view for Youth and Adult Education in the Unidad Educativa Fiscal Celiano Monge of the Guamani parish located in the city of Quito - Ecuador. The objective is to reveal significant good pedagogical practices in the teaching of chemistry, based on empiricism, to contribute to the motivation and learning of students. The paradigm that covers this research is the sociocritical one. The method of systematization of experiences developed by Oscar Jara is used, which is based on a qualitative approach, with techniques such as interviews, surveys, documentary analysis and observation. Among the main findings obtained, it can be extracted that the integration of everyday empiricism in the teaching of chemistry generates a positive impact on the acquisition of knowledge in young people and adults, as well as motivates learning by being relevant and meaningful. This integration is based on the fact that chemistry is present in all aspects of daily life and in all human activities. Finally, these research processes lead to deliberative discussions with the collaborating actors and lead to the conclusion of effective, inclusive and intercultural learning methods from the pedagogical, curricular, didactic and evaluative work in a context of unfinished education.
