Abstract
The present end-of-master project is a pedagogical tool for the teaching-learning process in the area of Language and Literature, arises from mechanical reading practices and the scarcity of resources in the reading process; consequently, the child as a child creates cognitive processes with a low level of reflection. For this reason, this document replaces the traditional use of letters by the graphic language of the comic, which will serve to improve reading comprehension. It is that comic strips have always been used to draw the attention of the reader with funny characters, onomatopoeias, balloons, messages and colorful images, and that when taking them to the classroom the student lives experiences enjoying reading. Hence, the planning of a didactic unit for seventh grade is detailed, using constructive methodology, where the student learns by doing, creates and imagines, obtaining expected results in reading comprehension.
