Abstract
The gaps that have emerged in the educational process as a result of the pandemic and that are increasing more in rural areas are evident; These are due to difficulties in connection, absence of technological resources and other circumstances that do not allow virtual learning environments to be observed as key elements for the development of the teaching-learning processes that are currently applied. That is why in this research the objective has been set to propose the use of the eXeLearning tool to strengthen the teaching-learning process of the subject of Entrepreneurship and Management in the Unified General Baccalaureate students of the Francisco Chico Pacheco Educational Unit. The methodology implemented is based on an interpretive paradigm, a qualitative approach, with a type of descriptive research and a qualitative approach, it has 19 key informants and the results allow us to establish that the students' learning was not developed in an adequate way in the process. virtual educational during the pandemic and the conclusion is reached that offline tools are needed to reduce the educational gaps that are generated in the rural environment due to the absence or little connectivity and use of digital resources.
