Abstract
The Curricular Integrative Work (ICT), called “Development of interpersonal relationships with the girls of Initial 2 of the Rosa de Jesús Cordero Private Educational Unit in the field of coexistence”. Its objective is to contribute to the development of interpersonal relationships in girls from 4 to 5 years of age. The contributions of Waiswa et al. (2020), Goleman (2018) and Melendo (1985), regarding the dimensions of the development of interpersonal relationships, such as their effect on infants, allowed the theoretical foundation of the study. The methodology is a case study, with a socio-critical paradigm, and with a qualitative approach; the development of interpersonal relationships was diagnosed through research techniques: semi-structured interview and participant observation. In this process, the result was that most of the girls have aspects to improve to maintain good interpersonal relationships, especially in the dimension of social skills. In conclusion, a system of activities called "With interpersonal relationships I create a world of opportunities" was presented, which focused on the area of coexistence in which work cooperatively.
