Abstract
The research focused on developing a methodological guide to provide feedback for the Educational Audit Follow-up to the General Regular Audit at the "Luis Roberto Bravo" Educational Unit. The need arose after monitoring the recommendations made in the follow-up audit to the general regular audit (A-SARG), conducted in March 2020, which revealed areas for improvement in both managerial and teaching performance. The objective was to strengthen audit processes and contribute to the improvement of educational quality by offering a structured and practical framework to enhance performance in unmet and ongoing standards, aspiring to lead a change in educational quality. A qualitative, non-experimental approach was used, with data collection techniques including focus groups, documentary analysis, and interviews. Instruments such as observation guides, documentary review matrices, and semi-structured interview guides were employed to understand the perceptions of key stakeholders and generate useful recommendations. The results demonstrated the importance of a clear and practical guide for effective feedback. Expert validation of the feedback methodological guide recommended adjustments, particularly in the appropriation and definition of the Educational Auditor's role. After receiving the evaluators' observations and suggestions, the necessary adjustments were made to the guide, which now shows clarity, relevance, and suitability for future application.
