Abstract
The objective of this Curricular Integration Work was the application of Project Based Learning through theater for the development of artistic skills and abilities with Third Year students of EGB Elementary Sublevel of the San Luis Beltrán Educational Unit. The project lasted 5 weeks with the intervention of 11 boys and 2 girls, with an approximate age of 7 to 8 years. To develop the activities, the Artistic Cultural Education curriculum was used, with which Block 1, The self: identity, was worked on, from which the skill, objective, criterion and evaluation indicator were extracted, elements that served for the organization of activities. This project had a qualitative approach, with a field research design and a descriptive scope. Techniques such as participant observation and photography were also used. Instead, the instruments that were used were: field diaries, question guide and photographic records. The development of the proposal allowed positive results to be obtained, in terms of the relevance of the application of active methodologies and theatrical activities that allowed students to have a greater approach to theater, which was used in the creation of a theatrical work.
